Perspektiven von Zukunftsforschern und globalen Initiativen
 in cooperation with

„Kooperation global" bestimmt den zweiten „Tag der Zukunft" am 18. Juni. In Zusammenarbeit mit der internationalen Initiative „Design me a Planet" rund um Michel Saloff-Coste und „Dragon Dreaming Austria" mit John Croft wird ein „Big Picture" weltweiter Zusammenhänge entstehen. Unter anderem sind Live-Schaltungen zu Ervin László, Alexandre Rojey, Alain Gauthier und Herman Gyr geplant. Der Abend steht im Zeichen des „International Come together" auf Einladung des Carinthia International Clubs.
This research program for exploring long-term future is being designed as a unique place in the world, where an interdisciplinary, international and cross-organisational team interacts on a continuing, networked basis to explore a diversity of possible scenarios for the long-term future and their likely implications for local strategy on the short term.

International Get Together

Viele Initiativen in Kärnten leisten ihren Beitrag, das Land weltoffener zu machen. Das International Get Together am Abend des 18. Juni wird mit ihrer Unterstützung zum Begegnungsraum der besonderen Art.
Zuhören, sich austauschen, essen, feiern – vier Kooperationspartner wirken mit, um dieses Treffen zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen: der Carinthian International Club (CIC), die International Summer University Carinthia, die Plattforrm „Kärnten/Koroška/Carinthia and the World" sowie der Club Tre Popoli.
Zu Beginn um 19 Uhr gibt es Impulse von Dragon-Draming-Gründer John Croft, via Skype wird die Zukunftsforscherin Barbara Marx-Hubbard aus den USA dazugeschaltet. Überdies präsentieren die VertreterInnen der vier Initiativen ihre aktuellsten Projekte.

Als künstlerischer Höhepunkt folgt ein Klavierkonzert mit Maestro Gabriele di Toma. Anschließend können Kontakte zur internationalen Community in Kärnten und den TeilnehmerInnen des Global Day geknüpft werden. Dabei gibt es kleine kulinarische Köstlichkeiten aus verschiedenen Ländern zu verkosten, die von Mitgliedern des CIC  und des Club Tre Popoli selbst zubereitet werden.

Speakers of the Global Day:


John Croft
Born in 1949 in Australia, father, change agent, mentor for organisational development and project management, co-founder of the Gaia Foundation Australia. John Croft worked in the field of "Community Development and Empowerment Eduction" in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Australia, Africa, USA and Europe. He taught in schools, universities, conferences, is giving lectures and seminars for organisational development, deep ecology, climate change and peak oil, amongst others. He worked for the Australian government and numbers NGOs as an consultant for Community Building and Ecology. Since 2008 he is living in Southern Germany. He is currently imparting his knowledge worldwide in form of the method Dragon Dreaming in workshops and lectures, and is writing a Dragon Dreaming book.

Alain Gauthier 
Alain Gauthier is an international consultant, facilitator, coach, and educator who focuses his work on developing co-leadership and partnering capabilities in and across the public, private and civil society sectors. He is passionate about integrating the inner and outer dimensions of human experience, both at the individual and collective levels. A graduate from H.E.C. (Paris), Stanford University M.B.A., and former senior consultant at McKinsey & Company, Alain is currently Executive Director of Core Leadership Development in Oakland, California and Founder of the Global Transforming Ensemble. Over the last 45 years, he has served a wide range of clients, from large American, European, and Japanese corporations to UN Agencies, global foundations, healthcare and educational systems, as well as other organizations in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Alain has designed and facilitated leadership capacity-building programs in the United States, Europe, Latin America, Japan, and several African countries. Alain has adapted and prefaced in French three of Peter Senge's "Fifth Discipline" books, and is a co-author of "Leadership is Global" and "Action Inquiry: The Secret of Timely and Transforming Leadership", as well as of two books on coaching and leadership development in French. He is a co-founder and active member of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) in the United States and France, a member of the Global Leadership Network, a senior associate of the World Café Community Foundation, and a visiting professor for the Coaching/Personal Development Master's Program at the Université Panthéon-assas Paris II.

Herman Gyr
Herman Gyr, Ph.D. is a founding partner of the Enterprise Development Group and creator of the Enterprise Development Framework, a model for engaging leaders and other stakeholders in the transformation of their enterprise. In projects ranging throughout the United States and Europe to Asia Pacific, South America and South Africa, Herman has specialized in working with enterprises living through periods of dramatic disruption - many of them underestimating the potential for achieving their highest aspirations during periods of change. He is co-author of The Dynamic Enterprise: Tools for turning Chaos into Strategy and Strategy into Action and is a frequent invited speaker and workshop leader around the world on strategic thinking and business transformation in the digital era.



 
Ervin Laszlo 
Ervin Laszlo spent his childhood in Budapest. His life was darkened during the Nazi occupation and the siege of Budapest by the Soviets in World War II. He was a celebrated child prodigy on the piano and made his public debut at the age of nine. Winning the grand prize at the international music competition in Geneva enabled him to cross the Iron Curtain and begin an international concert career, first in Europe and then in the United States and South America. After shifting to the life of a scientist and intellectual, Laszlo conducted studies and wrote papers for the Club of Rome, of which he was a member. In the late 1970s and early '80s, he oversaw global projects at the request of the secretary-general of the United Nations. He received his doctorate from the Sorbonne and has held positions at Princeton, Yale, the University of Houston, the State University of New York, and elsewhere. His studies and insights in the 1990s led him to the discovery of the Akashic field, which he has continued to explore ever since. The author, co-author, or editor of 86 books that have been translated into 23 languages, Laszlo has also written several hundred papers and articles in scientific journals and popular magazines. He is a member of numerous scientific bodies, including the International Academy of Science, the World Academy of Arts and Science, the International Academy of Philosophy of Science, and the Hungarian Academy of Science. He appears in several documentary films, including one based on his theory of the Akashic field. The recipient of numerous honors and awards, he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2004 and 2005. Ervin Laszlo is founder and president of the Club of Budapest. Members of this global think tank, with whom he frequently exchanges ideas about global problems, include: Mikhail Gorbachev, the Dalai Lama, Milos Forman, Jane Goodall, Bianca Jagger, Zubin Mehta, Desmond Tutu, Elie Wiesel, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Jean Houston, and Deepak Chopra.

Barbara Marx Hubbard
Barbara Marx Hubbard has been called "the voice for conscious evolution of our time" by Deepak Chopra and is the subject of Neale Donald Walsch's new book "The Mother of Invention." A prolific author, visionary, social innovator, evolutionary thinker and educator, she is co-founder and chairperson of the Foundation for Conscious Evolution. She is the producer and narrator of the award-winning documentary series entitled Humanity Ascending: A New Way through Together and has recently partnered with The Shift Network as a global ambassador for the conscious evolution movement; a shift from evolution by chance towards evolution by choice. Along with Stephen Dinan, she has launched the "Agents of Conscious Evolution" training and is forming a global team to co-produce a global multi-media event entitled, "Birth 2012: Co-Creating a Planetary Shift in Time".
She is a Fellow of The Club of Budapest, and has received an honorary PhD in Conscious Evolution from the Giordano Bruno GlobalShift University. She has established a Chair in Conscious Evolution at Wisdom University and is member of many progressive organizations, including Evolutionary Leaders Group, Global New Thought (AGNT), as well as, The World Future Society.






Alexandre Rojey
Alexandre Rojey has been working for many years at IFP, a large R&D organization in France, where he has been Director for Sustainable Development, coordinating activities related to global climate change, long term energy supply and environment protection. Previously he was in charge of natural gas activities and has initiated new developments in the area of natural gas processing. He has been also chairman of CEDIGAZ, an international association in the area of natural gas and chairman of the ECRIN Club "Alternative energies" for the promotion of links between research and industry. He has written a book entitled "Energy and climate – How to achieve a successful energy transition" published by Wiley. He is presently active within the Tuck Foundation, which is dealing in the area of Energy and Sustainable Development, where he is leading a think tank entitled IDEES. Based upon the work done within this think tank, he has written a new book entitled «The future at stake», published 2010.





Michel Saloff-Coste
Michel Saloff-Coste is a change catalyst, vanguard artist, integral and global futurist, business advisor and entrepreneur working with individuals, corporations and governments to create "fast insights into alternative futures". He is a respected consultant and keynote speaker and has addressed many of the most important companies in the world raising global issues and creating awareness. It was indeed Michel's role as a consultant in management strategy and communication, which inspired him to carry out more fundamental research on alternative futures. He even went as far as directing a multidisciplinary workshop on societal change, from 1985 to 1987, at the Ministry of Research in France.

Elisabeth Stumpfoll
Die 1958 in Wels geborene Welten-Bummlerin, lebt zur Zeit zwischen Paris, dem Mittleren Osten und Österreich. Nach Studium von Tourismus und
Fremdsprachen in Innsbruck hat sie sich fuer die moderne und zeitgenössiche Kunst interessiert. Sie war mehrere Jahre als Galeristin in Südfrankreich tätig, bevor sie sich auf die Grafik der Meister des XX. Jahrhunderts spezialisiert hat. Als Expertin auf diesem Gebiet ist sie Mitglied der "Chambre Syndicale de l'Estampe et du Tableau à Paris".

Claudine Villemot-Kienzle
Social architect, trainer, facilitator and consultant for transculturalism and value systems in organizational and global contexts. Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Center for Human Emergence, Germany – Austria - Switzerland, an organization for designing social evolution and shaping the future of humankind based on an integral and holistic approach. Member of the "international Spiral Dynamics group" led by Dr. Don Beck, Certified Trainer for "Spiral Dynamics integral". Representative of the NGO "Design me a Planet" in Germany. Certified "Agent of Conscious Evolution" by Barbara M. Hubbard. She also works as a choreographer and artistic director. She is co-founder and chairman of  the "artLAB Cénacle de fous" an artist lab, that commits to overarching, interdisciplinary research and experimental design beyond the established artistic divisions, and that encourage public dispute on current social and political issues through diverse and innovative forms of execution.  The focus of her work lies in interdisciplinary co-creation and integration of different fields of the social body such as art, social sciences, technologies, economics, healthcare….
Her vocational arousal now focuses on the unique global paradigm shift we are entering at the threshold of a new world order. To facilitate the transition she has initiated the conception and development of a fresh and unique curriculum as "Social Architect".  People acquire evolutionary core competencies to address efficiently and wisely the complexity and diversity of our global challenges in the 21th century and learn how to build smart bridges between the "Old" that works and the emerging "New" in people, cultures and systems.
